“Great communication and service! I like that I received a phone call, a text message, and an email letting me know that diagnostics were complete so I could call and go over the cost of repairs before they started. Same thing when service was complete; text, call, and email.
I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off; they were ready for me when I got there. They checked everything I asked them to, as well as some basic safety and maintenance areas. I was informed, but not upsold. They let me know that my brakes look good, and that one of my tires is getting close to needing replacing. They checked fluids, wipers....all the basic stuff you get at an oil change place, but without the pressure of upsell. It really felt like they were just letting me know so I could be informed. Also, they have a comfortable sitting area away from reception.”
